The role

Globiance is looking for a talented and dedicated Senior Accountant to join our admin team. You need to have at least three to five years of experience in finance.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in managing HR departments, with a strong focus on KPI management, organizational development, and talent management. With a global approach and focus on our Europe and Asia businesses, you will ensure ethical and responsible duties towards the company.

What you are good at

As a Senior Accountant, your key tasks are as below:

• To monitor and ensure all incoming transactions for assets, liability, revenue and expenses are recorded correctly and accurately according to the accounting standard
• To maintain and balance subsidiary accounts by verifying, allocating, posting, reconciling transactions and resolving discrepancies
• To coordinate with cross function to prepare calculation and recording for revenue, expenses and costing to ensure all are recorded as per accounting standard
• To monitor and ensure all taxes are prepared and submitted to the revenue department within timeline
• To prepare periodic report to management and Board of Director according to the SET rules and regulation
• To support month-end closing related to accounts receivables transactions
• To prepare and submit government's required documents
• To perform other related duties as assigned

Qualification & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Thai University
• 3-5 years experience in Accounting with at least 1 year of senior or leader position
• Knowledge of Odoo System
• Knowledge of taxation and BOI regulations
• Knowledge of accounting standard
• Problem solving and decision-making skills
• Communication and coordination skills
• Time management skills
• Leadership skills
