Academic Manager (English）

1. Market research and customer profiling: Understand the latest trends in the K12 industry, deeply participate in market research, user research, and competitor analysis, improve user profiling, explore and analyze user needs and pain points, and complete research reports. Continuously optimize product matrices, subject materials, tools, and activity plans based on industry, competitors, and user needs

2. Discipline Product Planning and Design: Responsible for English subject product research, planning, design, promotion, and sales service implementation support, tracking key data and continuously reviewing and iterating upgrades

3. Empowerment of subject materials: Communication, organization, production, and iteration of English subject materials (including but not limited to hot news, marketing service materials, learning materials, lecture materials, exam preparation, learning planning, parent-teacher meetings, online live lectures, and other new media content operation materials)

4. Efficiency improvement of subject tools: Deeply participate in cross departmental collaboration, connect with teaching and research, teaching, sales, service, operation, production and research teams, write product introductions and highlights, refine sales and transfer, service and renewal SOPs, optimize processes and models, do a good job in course package design, and be responsible for packaging design and continuous optimization of subject tools for English language subject products and services throughout the entire chain

5. Subject activity operation: Design various English subject operation and promotion activities; Assist in enrollment, conversion, course consumption, and renewal operation activities; Student case collection, packaging, and word-of-mouth externalization activities. Responsible for activity design, execution, data analysis, activity review, and iterative optimization

6. New business exploration and project management: Assist in multi-dimensional innovation exploration of the English subject, and promote cooperation among all departments in the entire chain for implementation verification
