Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Account Executive located in Bangkok that will also allow for some remote work. The Account Executive will be responsible for managing existing accounts and developing new business opportunities. The Account Executive will also be responsible for maintaining relationships with clients and coordinating with internal stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong sales and negotiation skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Knowledge of marketing and advertising principles and practices
• Experience using CRM software, such as Salesforce
• Fluency in English and Thai, both written and verbal
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in the e-commerce industry is a plus

• Additional qualifications that would be beneficial for candidates: Prior experience in account management, customer service, or sales roles. Knowledge of social media trends and analytics, as well as proficiency in Google Tools.
