As an Account Executive, your role will be vital in fostering relationships and collaborating with clients on strategic initiatives. You will assist in account management, digital marketing integration, and strategic planning to ensure our clients achieve their business goals. You'll oversee project management tasks, guaranteeing that deliverables are met promptly and within budget constraints.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and cultivate relationships with new clients to support business needs and drive account growth.
  • Promote and sell agency services effectively.
  • Acquire a thorough understanding of client businesses and the competitive landscape they operate within.
  • Support digital project management, including brand strategy, while facilitating communication between clients and digital teams.
  • Enhance team efforts to achieve digital creative goals, ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Contribute to the development of comprehensive marketing strategies across various channels (creative, SEO, social media, email, etc.).
  • Engage in weekly status meetings, internal discussions, and performance reviews with clients.
  • Manage multiple projects or campaigns simultaneously, adhering to tight deadlines.
  • Assess and report on the effectiveness of online marketing campaigns.
  • Oversee the accurate documentation and communication of client processes and activities.

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's Degree or higher in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
  • 0-2 years of experience within an Advertising Agency or a similar field.
  • Proficient in English / Thai; strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Familiarity with Google Suite applications.
  • Exceptional presentation abilities.
  • Strong analytical and strategic marketing acumen (competitor analysis, industry insight, SWOT frameworks, etc.).
  • Experience in managing key client accounts.
  • Competent understanding of accounting practices and corporate tax regulations.
  • In-depth knowledge of online marketing techniques and trends relevant to Thailand's technological landscape.
  • Efficient time management skills to juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Self-driven with meticulous attention to detail.
  • A friendly disposition, proactive nature, team-oriented mindset, and ability to operate under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • A quick learner when it comes to new technologies.
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.
