Account Executive
Employment: Full Time
Salary Length: 25,000 - 35,000 THB
Responsibilities:
- Act as the success enforcement and primary contact for both internal and external communications post-sale, including clients and KOLs, ensuring smooth project implementing and client satisfaction.
- Provide regular updates to clients and internal stakeholders on the progress of initiatives, addressing any issues or adjustments as needed.
- Foster and maintain trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, building rapport and trust to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within existing accounts, proposing additional services or enhancements based on client needs.
- Handle administrative tasks related to account management, such as reporting, billing, and updating report systems.
Requirement:
- At least 2 years of proven experience in account management, digital marketing, or a client-facing role in a relevant industry.
- Solid understanding of digital marketing principles, with an ability to explain digital strategies and tools to clients.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including effective presentation and negotiation abilities.
- Demonstrated analytical skills, adaptability, and proactive problem-solving capabilities.
- Proficiency in stakeholder management for efficient customer relationship management.
- Highly organized with attention to detail, capable of multitasking and managing time effectively.
