Job Description

As an Account Manager at Floc, you will play a critical role in managing client relationships, coordinating project execution, and overseeing budgets to deliver high-quality results. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys client interactions, has a strong background in project management, and excels in working with freelance talent in the creative sector.

What you will do

New Client Acquisition:

  • Proactively seek and identify potential new clients.
  • Develop proposals, lead presentations, and close deals with new clients to drive business growth.

Client Management:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong relationships.
  • Understand client needs and project requirements to ensure alignment and satisfaction.
  • Provide regular project updates and manage client expectations throughout the project lifecycle.

Budget Management:

  • Create, monitor, and manage project budgets to ensure cost-effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with clients to agree on project budgets and timelines.
  • Track expenses and resources throughout the project to stay within budget.

Quality Control

  • Review all project deliverables ensuring they meet both client requirements and expectations.
  • Provide guidance to freelance team members to maintain consistent quality.

Project Management & Coordination

  • Coordinate and manage a team of freelancers, ensuring that all deliverables meet quality and timeline expectations.

Reporting and Documentation

  • Prepare project reports and maintain project documentation for internal and client reference.
  • Conduct post-project evaluations to assess success, identify lessons learned, and inform future projects.

What you will need to succeed

  • Proven experience in Account management in advertising industry.
  • Solid understanding in Media Planning.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for managing client relationships and coordinating with freelancers.
  • Solid budgeting skills, with the ability to create, manage, and track budgets effectively.
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • A big plus!
  • Proven experience in project management in various advertising projects (Mandatory experiences are always-on social media, small to medium production, social campaign)
  • Has established strong relationship with Clients.
