ACCOUNTS MANAGER JD We are looking to appoint a talented Sales/Online Account Manager to support growth plan in the enterprise IT and Telecoms sector. The candidate for this position will excel at creating and closing new opportunities. By using a consultative approach to selling, this person will use their expertise to identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with both new and existing customers. There are lot of daliy lead management and follow-up tasks. Responsibilities Deliver innovative and creative solutions that meet key business drivers/needs, through the sale of technology (Hardware and Software) Focus on building relationships with customers in the IT and commercial space Developing a strong pipeline of prospects using telephone and online marketing Approaching new and existing customers with an inquisitive approach, in order to Work in conjunction with the Directors to ensure a proactive approach to manage techniques maximise opportunities changing business dynamics. Skills Excel, Software tools, and CRM Excellent verbal and written communication Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers Updating daily stock levels on eCommecrce platforms Managing product promotions on social media Quote, invoice and tracking updates for all orders. Qualifications 1-2 years quota carrying sales experience Listenting and learning ability Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems and Microsoft tools. Demonstrable track record of over-achieving quota Strong written and verbal communication skills Basic understanding of Telecoms business
