Description

As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management of your account, ensuring the successful execution of marketing initiatives and the delivery of exceptional service. This is a challenging role in a fast-paced marketing environment, requiring a committed, team-orientated individual, who has strong financial acumen and the ambition to succeed in a client facing role.

Responsibilities

  • Liaise with local and global suppliers for POS/promotional material procurement, focusing on price negotiation and profit margins.
  • Produce accurate customer quotations and ensure data integrity in systems and communication.
  • Support material development with client marketing teams and internal stakeholders.
  • Manage day-to-day project tracking, ensuring milestones and deadlines are met. Oversee quality control, ensuring proper certification for import/export. Communicate order status to stakeholders and ensure timely delivery.
  • Handle invoicing upon delivery and maintain effective team communication.
  • Provide operational and logistical support for client requests.
  • Prioritize customer service and resolve issues within agreed SLAs.
  • Support strategic and business development planning.

Skills And Experience

  • 5+ years of international account management experience.
  • Expertise in managing multiple global accounts, including product creation, pricing, distribution, packaging, and strategic marketing in the premiums industry.
  • Proven success in proactive sales, especially in gifts and premium product categories would be advantageous but not essential.
  • Strong presentation and IT skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience in managing and growing major customer accounts. Skilled in identifying business opportunities and pursuing profitable sales.
  • Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to set measurable objectives.
  • Proficient in verbal and written communication for various business documents.
