Account Manager (Japanese)

As an Account Manager (Japanese), you will have direct contact with our customers and guide them through our placement process.

Role Description

• Onboarding new partners from around the world specifically in Japan
• Collecting and validating application documents
• Providing placements with our partners by matching participants with the available job openings
• Troubleshooting any issues that arise concerning the placement process
• Liaising with our network of partners, including international universities, placement partners, and agencies

Qualifications

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in account management, sales, or business development
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Strong command of written and spoken English and Japanese
• Knowledge of MS Office and CRM software
