JOB SUMMARY
To acquire new Brokers and maintain good relationships including plan, analyze in the chance of all sources of business for acquiring new and expand business both Life and Non-Life market in order to achieve company objectives and goals.
Main Responsibility
- Regular visit to intermediaries/clients as per scheduled & planned to build up strong relation/reliability & to develop and expand more business to achieve the budget.
- To underwrite and accept risks based on Company Guidelines as per assign underwriting authority.
- New Business
- Renewal Business
- Expansion / Cross & Up Selling
- To monitor & control Growth and Profitable from all intermediaries / clients on monthly and quarterly basis. If any actions require to do then need to be take properly actions.
- Corporate with UW and Claim Team to services and support intermediaries and clients to satisfy with company.
- To monitor the daily process of Business Development and adjust as suitable in order to ensure that no breach of rules and regulation , team will comply with Internal Audit / Regional and OIC Rules & Regulators.
- Cooperate with Accounting and Finance for chase up o/s premium in order to avoid premium overdue and reduce bad debts.
- To co-ordinate with Business Services & related functions Business Support, Risks Management in order to make intermediaries / client satisfied with our services.
- Help Management to prepare and arrange Promotional & Campaign to boost premium achieve as planned.
- To Prepare Business Development & Marketing Department Plan and implement to be in line with Group and Company Strategy.
