Our client, a leading multinational marketing agency, is seeking an experienced Account/Business Manager to join their dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will serve as the primary liaison between the agency and our valued clients, fostering and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand client objectives, marketing goals, and target audiences to develop effective, data-driven digital marketing strategies.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (creative, content, SEO, social, paid advertising) to conceptualize and implement integrated marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate campaign timelines, deliverables, and budgets to ensure seamless execution and successful outcomes.
- Prepare and present regular performance reports to clients, highlighting key metrics and campaign achievements.
- Proactively identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to drive revenue growth.
- Actively prospect and pitch new clients to expand the agency's client portfolio.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar account management or client-facing role within a marketing agency or in-house marketing team.
- Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to think strategically and translate client requirements into effective marketing solutions.
- Strong project management skills with the capacity to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Proficient in digital marketing tools and analytics platforms.
