As Account Value Lead for Roche Diagnostic Thailand, you play a key role in overseeing and directing performance of the sales team and DS team. serving as the face of the organization to internal and external partners also

defining and executing business plan in short and long term in the team, You are reporting to Diagnostics Solutions Lead.

Your Opportunity:

  • You are accountable for sales and diagnostics solutions strategy teams/processes, achieving sales revenue, profit& loss targets
  • You build, lead and inspire team to ensure team can secure business in our key accounts and proactively find more opportunities in both key accounts and market for growth in long-term
  • You develop strategies to grow the key accounts and ensure that the team works closely with the key accounts to identify their needs and maintains long-lasting relationships with strategically important with key accounts
  • You are a role model and coach team to have a growth/ creative mindset, teamwork, self-learning, leadership and competency skill
  • You contribute to RDTH by working collaboratively as one team, network building and proactively connect others to explore the new things, partnering or the initiative ideas bring these values to our customers/ patients

Who you are:

  • You hold a Bachelor's degree in in Medical Technologist and 10+ years of work experience related field
  • You are able to work in upcountry
  • A proficient language skill in Thai and good command of spoken and written English
  • You have deep understanding of business drivers, products, local market and competition
  • You can influence at all levels and to position/sell ideas to client group and manage expectations in line with agreed portfolio also builds trustful and effective relationships
  • You are able to find the creative solutions to complex problems also take responsibility, drives results and achieves expected outcomes
