What You Will Be Doing:

• Record accounts receivable transactions and accounts payable transactions into Oracle NetSuite system accurately on a timely basis
• Ensure the revenues are recognised in correct accounting period - platform sales and issue tax invoices (if needed)
• Update receipts in Oracle NetSuite system twice a months- only platform sales
• Maintain and update the payment master listings, and process supplier invoices and vendor payments in a timely manner
• Perform reconciliation between warehouse inventory report against Oracle NetSuite inventory records to ensure all inventory inbound and outbound are accurately recorded on a timely basis
• Perform reconciliation between online sales reports (Lazada, Shopee) against revenue reports
• Assist with tax compliance related reports - key details for PND3,PND53,P.P30,P.P36
• Support any duties or ad-hoc assignment as assigned by the superior

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, ACCA, or any related discipline
• Candidates with at least 3 years of working experience in audit and accounting experience
• Experience in using Oracle NetSuite will be an added advantage
• Detailed, meticulous and ability to multi-task in fast paced environment
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Exhibit a positive personality and passion towards work
• Strong proactive and learning agility
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• An effective and charismatic communicator who can communicate with overseas partners
