About Our Client
Our client is the fast growing pharmaceutical company.
Job Description
- Oversee daily sales operations from order processing to cash receipt management.
- Supervise daily financial transactions, including vendor payments and employee reimbursements.
- Handle all matters related to tax, including ensuring compliance, preparing reports, and facilitating filings and submissions.
- Ensure timely completion of month-end and year-end financial closings.
- Collaborate with the Supply Chain team to ensure the accuracy and completeness of inventory management, including physical stock counts, reconciliations, and provisions.
- Monitor the accuracy and management of company assets, including property, plant, equipment, and right-of-use assets.
- Oversee credit risk management and accounts receivable.
- Supervise the processing of employee and sales team reimbursements, advances, petty cash, and corporate card expenses.
- Lead the implementation and management of the ERP system.
- Provide accounting and tax guidance to other internal departments and subsidiaries.
- Foster the ongoing development and skill enhancement of the accounting team.
- Provide management support for miscellaneous requirements, such as information requests from external parties like PTT and committees.
- Ensure that financial statements and audit reports are completed and approved by the deadlines.
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting.
- A minimum of 7 years of professional experience in Accounting.
- Experience in the Pharmaceutical or Life Science industries is a must.
- Comprehensive knowledge of accounting standards, principles, regulations, and procedures.
- Proficient with SAP
- Demonstrated leadership abilities and outstanding interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical capabilities.
- Proficient communication skills in both Thai and English.
