Accounting Manager GTI
Responsibilities:
Review and control insurance relate accounts (Insurance reserve, Claim, Commission, Deferred acquisition costs etc.)
Responsible in related reinsurance accounting transaction
Manage reinsurance premium and claim settlement process payment
Prepare reinsurance reports according to agreed treaty and communicate and coordinate with reinsurers
Reconcile reinsurance report and others detail support account balance.
Coordinate with investment back office for monthly investment portfolio report
Participate in existing investment analysis and reporting for quarterly meetings.
Analyze monthly trial balance and financial report to propose to relate function
Provide monthly balance sheet reconciliation
Plan, coordinate and execute monthly/ quarterly/ annual financial statement, note to financial statement
Prepare regulator (OIC) report and related accounting documents.
Dealing with external auditor, revenue department for any financial matters or required/requested information.
Ensure compliance with all corporate and group policies, procedures and guidelines.
Any ad-hoc duties as required or assigned
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or above in Accounting
Prior experience in insurance business is a must
Min 5 years of experience in Accounting field or Audit field.
Proficiency in English Communication in both reading and writing, verbal will be plus
Experience in SUN system will be a plus
Able to work under pressure with specific deadlines
