Role Overview
We seek a meticulous and systematic Accounting Officer to effectively analyze financial data, ensure accurate records are maintained, assist in daily accounting tasks, and offer prompt, professional responses to inquiries or issues from customers, suppliers, and financial institutions. The ideal candidate will also demonstrate strong research capabilities and possess excellent communication and computer skills.

Key Duties
- Oversee daily accounts receivable and payable management, including invoice verification, payment tracking, and ensuring timely financial transactions.
- Contribute to the development and execution of cost-control measures by reviewing employee expense claims and maintaining compliance with budgetary guidelines.
- Utilize documents to validate, record, and process various financial transactions.
- Maintain precise and comprehensive records, including ledgers, journals, invoices, receipts, and inventory-related information.
- Support the accounting team in day-to-day, monthly, and yearly tasks, including generating financial statements, formulating budgets, tax preparation, and assisting with audits.
- Engage with suppliers and vendors to verify accuracy of charges and ensure prompt payment collection.
- Interface with clients to review account statuses, charges, or any discrepancies.
- Participate in continuous education to stay updated on industry trends, financial regulations, and company policies.
- Conduct internal audits and report preparation.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Fluency in both English and Thai.
