Job Description
- Supervise the accurate recording of revenue, costs, and payroll entries.
- Ensure timely and accurate VAT and withholding tax reconciliations.
- Generate and present monthly sales reports to senior management.
- Manage payroll processing and estimated salary entries for all employees.
- Oversee the allocation of selling and delivery expenses across branches and departments.
- Maintain up-to-date records of accrued bonuses, audit fees, and other provisions.
- Review and correct stock withdrawal entries and financial reclassifications.
- Manage quarterly interest accruals and reconciliation of salary and expense accounts.
- Conduct quarterly fixed asset calculations and manage CIT and deferred tax filings.
- Analyze financial performance across multiple sales channels and cost centers.
- Lead the month-end and quarter-end closing processes, ensuring accuracy.
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's Degree in the Accounting
- At least 5 years of experience in GL, especially in Manufacturing company or FMCG business
- Having knowledge in costing will be a plus
- Experience in Oracle
- Good communication skill in English
- Have CPD license
