Oversee the comprehensive management of finance, accounting, banking, and tax reporting functions.
Collaborate with external auditors, tax agents, solicitors, bankers, company secretaries, and other professionals to ensure compliance with all audit, tax, and statutory requirements.
Prepare monthly financial reports, including detailed analysis, and present findings to management.
Supervise and collaborate with finance and accounting teams to manage reporting, compliance, and control projects effectively.
Serve as the primary liaison with auditors, tax agents, bankers, and other external parties.
Perform all finance and accounting-related tasks and additional assignments as requested by management.
Coordinate with relevant departments on accounting matters.
Report to management regarding company finance and accounting issues.
Undertake other duties and projects assigned by management as needed.
HR experience is preferred.
Requirements:
A Bachelors Degree in Accounting is required.
A minimum of 8 years of experience in the accounting field is preferred.
Must be self-motivated, independent, resourceful, trustworthy, methodical, proactive, and show initiative.
Ability to multi-task and demonstrate a positive learning attitude.
Strong communication and management skills are essential.
Proficiency in English is required fluency in Thai is also necessary.
Mandarin proficiency is a plus candidates fluent in Mandarin will be given preference.
