Responsibilities
Administrative Support:
- Efficiently manage the Managing Director's calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Organize and prioritize emails, correspondence, and communication on behalf of the Managing Director.
- Handle general administrative tasks, ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the office.
- Prepare monthly account submissions for the accountant
Financial Assistance
- Assist in preparing financial documents, including invoices, expense reports, and budget tracking.
- Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure timely and accurate financial record-keeping.
- Follow up on payments with clients and maintain a system for tracking outstanding invoices.
Government Liaison
- Work closely with government agencies to ensure compliance with regulations and handle necessary documentation.
- Prepare and submit required forms and reports to relevant authorities.
- Extend visa in collaboration with accountant - Liaise with BOI
Marketing Support
- Assist in the coordination and execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives in collaboration with MD and team.
- Engage in market research and analysis to support decision-making in collaboration with the team.
- Maintain client databases and assist in client communications.
Client Interaction
- Communicate with clients on behalf of the Managing Director, addressing inquiries and providing necessary information.
- Build and maintain positive client relationships through effective communication and exceptional service.
Qualifications
- Thai national only (Not able to provide work permit for this position)
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes.
- Exposure to marketing concepts and a willingness to learn and contribute in this area.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
Education And Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Previous experience in a similar role within a digital marketing or related industry is a plus.
