Job Type: Full-time | Or | 4-day workweek if preferred.

Location: Hybrid from home and office

Responsibilities

Administrative Support:

  • Efficiently manage the Managing Director's calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Organize and prioritize emails, correspondence, and communication on behalf of the Managing Director.
  • Handle general administrative tasks, ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the office.
  • Prepare monthly account submissions for the accountant

Financial Assistance

  • Assist in preparing financial documents, including invoices, expense reports, and budget tracking.
  • Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure timely and accurate financial record-keeping.
  • Follow up on payments with clients and maintain a system for tracking outstanding invoices.

Government Liaison

  • Work closely with government agencies to ensure compliance with regulations and handle necessary documentation.
  • Prepare and submit required forms and reports to relevant authorities.
  • Extend visa in collaboration with accountant - Liaise with BOI

Marketing Support

  • Assist in the coordination and execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives in collaboration with MD and team.
  • Engage in market research and analysis to support decision-making in collaboration with the team.
  • Maintain client databases and assist in client communications.

Client Interaction

  • Communicate with clients on behalf of the Managing Director, addressing inquiries and providing necessary information.
  • Build and maintain positive client relationships through effective communication and exceptional service.

Qualifications

  • Thai national only (Not able to provide work permit for this position)
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes.
  • Exposure to marketing concepts and a willingness to learn and contribute in this area.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.

Education And Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in a similar role within a digital marketing or related industry is a plus.
