The Responsibility

Receptionist

  • Receive and greet all visitors in a professional manner
  • Provide front desk-type reception duties for the office which includes handling of phone calls and managing customers timely and professionally

Administration


  • Support point person for maintenance, mailing, shipping, supplies, equipment, and bills
  • Assist in ordering office supplies and IT equipment
  • Assist in organizing messengers for delivery and pick-up
  • Assist in collecting and distributing all incoming mail and courier items
  • Assist in the coordination of company functions/events and weekly lunch
  • Assist in any administration duties as and when required
  • Assist in archive Company's documents
  • Participate and Support in Company Events and Employees Engagement.

The Qualifications


  • Thai Students/Fresh Grads based in Bangkok, Thailand
  • Available for a full-time internship for a minimum 3 months
  • Passionate about Admin & Receptionist, with interest in the Tech Industry.
  • Ability to communicate Good in English and Strong in Thai, Spoken and Written
  • Good computer skills: Google Suite and Microsoft Office
  • Open minded, Friendly personality and Can do attitude
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team.
  • Having your own laptop is preferred
