What you'll do:

  • Prepare invoices to customers.
  • Post invoices and ensure all sales transaction are recorded into accounting system.
  • Update accounts receivable, update invoices and incoming payments into collection app, perform AR reconciliations.
  • Send email to customer for reminder of payment due and collection; directly communicate with customers to ensure the timely collection.
  • Assist in AR document preparation.
  • Assist in preparing upload file for posting rebates;
  • Proceed bank transactions, bank updating including loans, payroll, taxes
  • Assist with other accounting projects.

About you:

  • Ability to understand and communicate in English at business level is a MUST
  • Great attention to detail
  • Good with numbers and figures and an analytical acumen
  • Good understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office and familiarity with relevant computer software (e.g. Netsuite, 1C)
  • Qualifications (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) is a plus but not required
  • BSc/Ba in accounting, finance or relevant field
