Job Description: Administrative Assistant
We're hiring an Administrative Assistant to join our in-house team for one of our Clients who is a leading provider of online healthcare education, dedicated to helping individuals achieve their career goals in the healthcare field. Their mission is to provide students with comprehensive, high-quality educational resources that prepare them for success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prompt Response: You will be expected to answer phone calls and respond to chats promptly, ideally within a specified timeframe established by the coaching center.
- Providing applicants with basic information about the coaching centres programs, classes, schedules, enrolment procedures, fees, or other related matters. Your role will involve providing accurate information and addressing their inquiries to the best of your ability. If you're unable to answer a question, you may need to direct the caller to the appropriate staff member or resource for assistance.
- Manage virtual communication channels, including email, social media, chat platforms, and video conferencing tools, to facilitate seamless interactions.
- Assist in maintaining accurate records of student enrollment, and payments using different applications.
- Coordinate virtual appointments, and meetings, ensuring proper scheduling and communication among participants across different time zones.
- Provide technical support to staff and students on remote learning platforms and troubleshoot any issues that may arise during virtual sessions.
- Collaborate with instructors and other team members to organize and facilitate webinars and meetings.
- Manage virtual administrative tasks, processing invoices, and should be well versed with the online ordering system.
Qualifications:
- Degree/ diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office management is a plus.
- Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in a work from office environment.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Proficiency in remote communication tools such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and Google Workspace.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to adapt to different time zones and work collaboratively with a remote team.
- Positive attitude, flexibility, and adaptability to changes in remote work dynamics.
- Passion for education and a commitment to supporting students in their academic journey.
