You Will

  • Provide clerical support, including making bill payments directly to service providers or submitting documents to third parties
  • Gather and maintain finance reports to keep historical and recent data
  • Review purchase orders and track recurring transactions for approval.
  • Prepare and file tax documents, such as withholding tax certificates
  • Schedule and prepare payments to ensure timely and accurate processing
  • Record payment transactions promptly, ensuring that supporting documents are accurate and complete.
  • Track bank balance and perform bank reconciliation
  • Manage fixed asset registration, including the acquisition and disposal of assets
  • Participate in welcoming new joiners and assist with equipment setup.
  • Manage office supplies and handle documents related to administrative tasks.
  • Coordinate with the regional team to host Town Hall Meeting, organize team activities, reserve internal event venues, and prepare anniversary events.
  • Perform ad-hoc comparisons, coordinate with third parties as assigned, and handle other duties as needed from time to time.

You Are

  • Logical thinker - You understand and can identify the key objective of your task. You have curiosity when things go wrong and have ability to think in a disciplined manner
  • Excellent communicator You have a good skill of English and are able to articulate effectively with colleagues and suppliers
  • Self disciplined person - You are able to organize all paperwork in both soft files and hard copies properly and have an ability to manage your tasks to get done on your own
  • Good team player - You have an open minded to welcome change, accept new things and easy to blend in to the team
  • Tax and accounting knowledge - You have a basic knowledge of tax regulations in Thailand. You are able to prepare and record transactions which are mainly related to account payables
  • Willingness to learn - You have eagerness to learn new things and are open-minded to perform new tasks
  • Time management - You are able to organize and utilize time to complete daily and assigned task on time
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office - You are able to use MS to edit text documents, create templates, and automate the creation of tables of content. Proficient in Excel enough to run and create functions, pivot tables, formulas and charts
