Due diligence activities
- and analyze: Digital Scope assessment and related assessment activities, digging deep into a company at digital solutions (defined as Systems of Engagement and Innovations or related applications, systems such as Digital Channels, Data, API, and innovation/Engagement initiatives)
- Risk and Opportunities: to find potential problems or hidden gems within the target company. This might include financial risks, manpower issues, or operational weaknesses. On the flip side, you'd also identify areas of potential strength and opportunity.
- consolidate all your findings into clear, concise reports for decision-makers. This often involves collaboration with a team and presenting analysis to executive management team.
- Provide dedicated support to regional team for all business deal assessment in the region both internal KS group and external stakeholders.
Deal Integration (after deal has completed)
- Architect Strategic planning: Identify requirements to integrate to KS Group e.g., integration plan in collaboration with various departments. This plan will encompass from process mapping and timelines to communication strategies for a seamless union.
- Buster: Impact assessment of support during integrations identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to keep the project on track.
Post deal activities (BAU support)
- Creations: Advisory support on Digital solutions, as requested by partners of KS or member of MUFG or MUFG
- Building: Continue to look for technology opportunities for reuse/sharing to leverage capabilities across KS Group, Partners (not limited to direct partners of KS or MUFG)
- monitoring: Able to analyze/examine a company's financial statement, architect/technical document, digital channel's business plans.
- Keeping all stakeholders informed about the progress and addressing any concerns e.g., presenting exclusive summary of KS subsidiary company to senior executive management regularly
- DIDG Information Sharing of KS digital activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- More than 15 of working experiences and minimum 5 year in management consulting or Technology consulting or System Integrator firm or the company in similar peer.
- Strong understanding of the financial product and Services and digital initiatives e.g., digital bank, consumer loan/credit, Mobile Banking Application, Mar-tech Initiative, e-commerce ecosystem partnership
- Experience in a FinTech, Digital Solutions Technology Industry in a previous merge & acquisition integrations, Digital transformation, or IT transitioning program.
- A multicultural working experience in regional project with understanding of ASEAN Economic market.
- Strong communication skills in Thai and English
- Flexible under the change and dynamic conditions.
- Eager to learn and apply new things into works/tasks.
