Must be graduate & above (12th plus 3 year valid diploma is also acceptable).

For AADM at least 1+ yrs. of field sales experience. Industries can be tapped( Telecom, Life insurance, Retail, Pharma, Hospitality, Automobiles, Real Estate)

For ADM/Sr. ADM candidates must have Life Insurance /BFSI experience.

Must be localite

Age between 25 years to 40 years

Must have two wheeler

Responsibilities:

• Recruiting a team of financial advisors on commission basis and generate the business.
• Monitoring & following process for driving sales through your advisors.
• Doing Performance Review of your Advisors.
• Delivering consistent sales output utilizing your management & monitoring capabilities.

Requirements:

• Experience: 2 + years of experience in insurance sales.
• Min. Graduate with min 6 months of experience in sales.
• Required: 10+2+3 or graduates, localites, open to frontline sales.

Agency managers supervise and coordinate all aspects of an agency. They work with agents and clients to ensure that targets are met, relevant policies and guidelines are upheld, and customer satisfaction is achieved. Specialized knowledge may be required depending on the type of agency.
