Role & responsibilities of AGM
Skills Required:
Role responsibility:
1. Create the yearly target with 10 % increase of EBITDA.
2. Get all the operations streamline with proper reporting (Daily, weekly, monthly & yearly)
3. Coordinate with purchase department and help them to finalize the vendor & quotation.
4. Business growth/ retention and development.
5. Ensure that all financial targets and KPIs are achieved within a framework of actual financial control.
6. Health & safety committee to a reduction in accidents year on year.
7. Ensure efficient & economic use of labour.
8. Liaising with IRCTC.
9. Monitoring the quality of foods.
10. Leading the operations team and setting standards.
11. Managing the contract and tender of train system.
12. Planning menu for plaza.
13. Organizing managers rota.
14. Hiring, training, supervising and motivating permanent and temporary and permanent staff.
