We are looking for a versatile and skilled AI Engineer specializing in Natural Language Processing (NLP) to join our AI team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in AI, hands-on experience in modeling and tuning AI models, and the ability to create innovative solutions involving large language models (LLMs) and multi-modal models.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop AI solutions that require modeling or fine-tuning AI models, particularly in the domain of NLP.
- Work with large language models and multi-modal models to solve real-world problems.
- Rapidly create proof-of-concept solutions and demos to showcase AI capabilities and validate ideas.
- Collaborate with team members to develop new AI solutions, actively contributing to a positive and innovative team culture.
- Take initiative in tackling challenging problems, navigating ambiguity, and exploring new approaches to complex issues.
Key Requirements:
- Strong foundation in artificial intelligence, with hands-on experience in tuning and optimizing AI models.
- Specialization in NLP, including experience with large language models and multi-modal models.
- Direct or relevant experience in LLM applications is a significant advantage.
- Proficiency in Python programming language.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment, demonstrating collaboration and a willingness to help others.
- Proactive attitude and strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate uncertainty and take initiative.
- Ability to create proof-of-concept solutions or demos quickly.
- Strong communication skills, both technical and non-technical, to convey complex ideas effectively to diverse stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a similar discipline.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's or PhD degree in a related field such as Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a similar discipline.
- Experience working with NLP tools such as Hugging Face, LangChain, LlamaIndex, etc.
- Understanding of deep learning architectures such as Transformers and familiarity with frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) for deploying AI models.
- Ability to communicate in both Thai and English is a bonus.
