We are representing one of the best Aircraft Flight Operations Software companies to look for a driven and passionate Airline Customer Support Manager in Thailand. Successful candidate would be reporting to highly approachable and remarkable Vice President of Customer Support to manage relationship with various airline accounts in the region assigned.
Responsibilities
- Develop a trusted customer relationship with all clients and be their main person in contact for the company product service enquiry and advice.
- Understanding of the client's flight operations and business needs, proactively supporting them with suggestions on ways to better usage of the company products & services as well as positioning additional solutions whenever applicable.
- Responsible for scheduling regular business meetings and visits to clients.
- Conduct regular ticket reviews to track progress and ensure the prioritization of tickets is correct based on any client's needs.
- Work on new client on-boarding and assist them with company product support, include providing guidance on the use of the support helpdesk portal.
- Monitor customers satisfaction and build customer loyalty by providing excellent customer service.
Requirement
- Minimum a bachelor degree in any field with minimum 5 years of relevant airline operations or flight operations software experience.
- Excellent communication skill in English is required to deal with various stakeholders from diverse background and seniority.
- Ability to work in a high dynamic work environment and deal with urgent issues that may arise during flight operations.
