As a Finance Analyst, you will be responsible for providing support for all financial activities within Gentari Mobility Co Ltd (GMCL) for its integrated fleet-as-a-service and EV chargepoint solutions. You will play a key role in ensuring the financial health and stability of the company by conducting financial analysis, planning budgets and execution of financial policies & procedures. You will collaborate closely with other departments such as Business Development & Legal in driving financial efficiency, profitability, and growth of the Company.
Responsibilities
Financial Planning and Analysis:
- Develop and maintain financial models to forecast company revenue, expenses and cash flow for GMCL;
- Analyze financial data and provide insights to senior management for strategic decision-making;
- Prepare regular financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
Cash Flow Management
- Manage cash flow of GMCL by monitoring receivables, payables, and liquidity;
- Assess financing needs and explore optimal funding options, such as debt financing or equity investments;
- Liaise and manage relations with financial institutions to ensure sufficient and sustainable funding for the company;
- Implement strategies to optimize cash flow and minimize working capital requirements.
Budget Management
- Coordinate and plan annual budgeting process and work with other teams;
- Monitor monthly budget performance and understand variances;
- Provide recommendations to optimize resource allocation and improve cost efficiency.
Financial Reporting And Compliance
- Coordinate with tax and accounting vendor to prepare monthly and annual financial reports including tax or financial report submissions to the government;
- Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements;
- Coordinate with auditor for annual audits and regulatory filings;
- Ensure adherence to accounting standards and tax or accounting regulations.
Risk Management
- Review KYC credit worthiness assessment from Business Development team and validate credit score of customers before and during deployment of fleet;
- Enhance KYC credit worthiness assessment as and when required.
Financial Operations
- Execute account payment (AP) and account receivables (AR) of the company;
- Represent company as main liaison with appointed tax and accounting vendor to ensure all processes are recorded accurately & timely for monthly reporting;
- Ensure audit compliance of reports or submissions including liaison with auditors.
Procurement
- Support Finance Manager to supervise and ensure compliance of procurement procedure for fleet products and services, ensuring that all processes align with company standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; CPA preferred;
- Proven experience with minimum 5 years in financial management roles, preferably in a corporate setting;
- Strong understanding of financial principles, accounting standards for corporate Thailand market;
- Proficiency in financial modeling, analysis tools, and ERP systems;
- Fluent in written and verbal communication in Thai & English;
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail;
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities;
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills;
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines;
- Commitment to integrity, ethics, and confidentiality.
