Responsibilities
As an Analyst, the successful candidate will:
- Track and maintain detailed data in our best-in-class property database including lease transaction, active tenants, development pipelines in the market utilising JLL's proprietary data management system
- Analyse quantitative and qualitative data with respect of industry trends to preparation of quarterly market reports
- Assist with coordination, writing, design, research and/or production of research pieces, and site survey as needed
- Develop preliminary due diligences and feasibility studies on properties under supervision of senior team members
- Meet and coordinate with clients and industry professionals
- Report as required to internal teams in BKK and regional offices
