JOB PURPOSE/MISSION

As Brand Manager for Volvic, you will work with the team to ensure that the experience of the brand is connected and relevant for our consumers. You will build amazing cross-cultural & cross-functional connections, all of which will in turn build you professionally & personally.

To lead the launch campaign and activation plan development for the Volvic brand in Asia Pacific (excl. China/Japan). Key markets include South Korea, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Singapore, among others. You will also support your line manager in developing the overall plan for Volvic Central, which includes multiple regions such as Asia Pacific, Middle East,Latin America/Europe, and Russia. In addition, you will be the marketing champion liasing with the commercial teams to grow our HoReCa business (hotels, restaurants, cafes).

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

1/Understand Consumers, Markets and Brands performances to generate business insights and translate into opportunities

Consumers profiling: Understanding target audience along with consumption behaviour, consumer touchpoints

Market & Competition: data analysis, actions plan assessment (incl. ATL, BTL and PR activities)

Business results tracking & analysis: internal data performance analysis

2/Lead Volvic and HoReCa brand activations and innovation launches

Activation/Digital: Develop, recommend and implement launch activation plan for Volvic. Work closely with the sales & ecommerce team to ensure campaigns drive tangible business results.

Lead Innovation Projects (NPDs, renovations and Range extensions):assess market needs, proactively demand for product needs

3/ Marketing support for Horeca:

Work closely with the Horeca Key Accounts Lead to develop campaigns and activation plans to grow our business in hotels, restaurants, cafes.Build strong partnership with distributor and key customers to implement plans

4/ Track & Facilitate business results

A&P budget: responsibility and efficient management of A&P and A&P trackingEnsure excellence in execution for POSM for all channels Business results tracking & analysis: internal data performance analysis;

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

At least 5 years of relevant experience in Marketing (with strong local / regional brand activation experience, in-store, PR & digital), ideally within a strong multinational FMCG company (spirits, high-end/premium) or Danone classical CBU.

ABILITIES & COMPETENCIES

Digitally savvy

Knowledge of trade channels (off-premise, impulse and on-the-go)

Strong Analytical skills

Leadership skills & strategic thinking

Entrepreneurial profile: pragmatic, fast-learner on the-job, flexibility/adaptability, business sense, results oriented;

Open-minded attitude, Good listener, positive and constructive spirit

Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively

Results and excellence-oriented in execution (Do-er)

EDUCATION

University Degree

PC SKILLS

MS Office fluency, strong user of digital platforms (facebook, instagram, YT, Google, e-commerce, etc)

LANUAGES

English fluent, other languages are welcome (Thai, French)
