Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced APAC Head of Sales to lead our revenue generation efforts across Thailand, Hong Kong, Singapore, Japan, Malaysia, and Australia. The ideal candidate will co-develop offers to enhance profitability within these regions and coordinate with sales and marketing teams to create effective lead magnets. You will be responsible for implementing the company's sales strategy, targeting diverse sources of income across various geographies and industries.

Key Responsibilities:

Leads Generation:

- Implement email marketing, cold calling, introductory meetings, and event participation using Zoho CRM to raise awareness among potential clients.

- Recommend new sales funnels tailored to different geographies and industries.

Sales:

- Engage with potential clients through both physical and virtual meetings to present the company's services.

- Obtain inquiries and coordinate with company management to establish offers and partnerships.

- Sign agreements and secure payments from clients before commencing work.

Customer Relationship Management (CRM):

- Maintain client relationships and survey satisfaction levels, ensuring confidentiality on a need-to-know basis regarding investigation report content/results.

Reporting:

- Collect data on sales activities, KPIs, and achievements to present to management, highlighting weaknesses and opportunities for improvement.

Additional Management Expectations:

- Innovate by ignoring prior employer practices.

- Exhibit creativity in service and product offerings.

Qualifications:

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred).

- Experience: Several years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth. Prior experience in a senior sales role or leadership position is often required.

- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the industry and market dynamics relevant to the company's products and services is preferred.

- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to present and negotiate effectively.

- Team Management: Lead, mentor, and develop with the team to improve performance and achieve sales goals.

- Client Engagement: Establish and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

- Sales Operations: Oversee sales operations, including forecasting, budgeting, and resource allocation.

- Integrity and discretion: High ethical standards and professionalism in all business dealings.
