Position Overview
Are you passionate about working in a laboratory environment, focusing on formulation preparation, material characterisation, coating application, and comparative benchmarking We are seeking an Application Chemist to gain an in-depth understanding of our
Powder Coating Resins portfolio at Allnex, including product performance, capabilities, and its applications in coatings. In this role, you will work closely with the Technical Service Business Development (TSBD) and R&D teams to develop new products.

Responsibilities
- Support the TSBD Manager and Application Lab Lead for lab work, ensuring tasks are prioritised and executed as planned
- Plan and execute specific work programs to contribute to the development of enhanced and new products
- Maintain traceable test data / Instrumental management
- Contribute to cross functional project teams to deliver new product development that meet market technical needs on agreed timescales
- Ownership of ISO systems at TSBD lab and assure its compliance on company policies, environmental and safety regulations
Required Skills And Experience
- Fresh graduates in the field of Chemistry are encouraged to apply.
- 1-3 years of work experience, preferably with proven expertise in coatings.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in presentation and communication.
- Demonstrates analytical thinking.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry
