Responsibilities
- Develop confectionery/beverage applications for customers projects
- Summarize the application formula (raw material, process, dosage, ratio, etc.) upload into system
- Initiate/collaborate with marketing to propose an interesting application
- Serve as technical expert and advisor to team and customers
- Portfolio evaluation, select and prepare performance report of Flavour library
- Select optimal Flavour for projects according to requirements
- Actively maintain the Flavour library for prompt service
- Update new FDA/food regulations to the team and affiliate
- Maintaining, calibrating, cleaning laboratory's equipment
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in R&D in food and beverage industry
- Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or equivalent relate field
- Basic sensory skills
- Basic Chemistry
- Basic laboratory procedures and methodology
- Good command of English
