WEEXA is looking for a talented and ambitious Application Technical Support Analyst to join our team to support customers on their digital transformation journey.

Mission & Responsibilities

You will be mainly working for one of our multinational customers by joining our Application Support team (level 1 and level 2) to monitor and do technical support for the EDI system.

You will join an international team (Thailand / Mexico / France / Morocco) to manage / support / monitor the EDI flows of our Customers.

- Management of incidents and tickets;

- Management of service requests (EDI projects);

- Monitoring of the EDI flows and analysis of the issues;

- Software configuration according to the needs of our customers;

- Analysis of customer needs;

- Development & testing of computer programs;

- Drafting of procedures for users;

- Change management;

- Coordinate and communicate with the different parties (Weexa team, customer, third parties).

You will be trained by our team for all these tasks.

Profile:

You are interested in both the functional and technical aspects of Information Systems, and in particular, the Integration of Data between applications or external partners (Customers, Suppliers, Logistics Partners, Banking, etc.).

You will work on EDI standards: EDIFACT, VDA, ODETTE, ANSI X12, BoostAero, RND, AS2, OFTP...

You will use data transformation / ETL software such as:

  • XPath / Tradexpress /IBM B2B Integrator / Microsoft Biztalk / SAP Process Orchestration
  • You are passionate about IT;
  • You are rigorous and communicate efficiently;
  • You like to analyze and solve problems;
  • You understand the concepts of Customer Satisfaction and Quality of service;

Junior experience level accepted. You will be trained in our professions.

Languages: Fluent English is a must (WEEXA is present in 8 countries, on 4 continents).

Qualifications: Technical background, project management, experience with EDI or support.
