Application Support Engineer

We are looking to hire an Application Support Engineer with 2+ years of experience in supporting ERP/CRM Applications that involve day-to-day maintenance and monitoring of the application systems including tasks related to identifying and troubleshooting application issues and supporting customers and internal teams with resolution.

Key Skills:

1. Good logical thinking and Problem-Solving Skills.

2. Prior experience in technical integrations involving APIs, Firebase, and Debugging.

3. Good understanding of javascript, PHP, MySQL, and Postman.

4. Experience in application monitoring, Alarms, and database.
