Responsibilities
- Supporting Product & Tech team to accept and manage incoming tickets on any reports due to Product system issues.
- Support on system configuration.
- Working closely with the internal Product Manager and Quality Assurance team to resolve any stakeholder's inquiry.
- Able to deliver under pressure within agreed timeline.
- Able to identify task priorities and assignments to complete any given tasks.
Qualifications
- High School or Diploma in Computer Science (preferred) or System Information.
- At least 1 year experience in API usage and function with internal or external Customer Service experience.
- Knowledge of E-Commerce, Insurance Industry or Fintech.
- Skilled in Microsoft Excel, Technical Understanding and High-level attention to detail-oriented.
- Proficient in using product management tools such as Confluence, Jira, JIRA Service Desk, etc.
- Good communication in English is a must, Mandarin is a plus.
