Application Support (Java):
- Have Software Development Skill
- In-depth knowledge of a variety of IT systems, Databases and Applications
- Have experience in network management and Understanding of TCP/IP protocols and LAN/WAN configuration

Responsibilities: - Help developers setting up and deploying testing environments
Manage and monitor changes process for production deployment- Support and coordinate production incidents
Coordinate with development team and Infrastructure team to manage server/network e.g. server provision process, firewall process
