Job Description

Communicate with business user for assessment and do requirement gathering.

Guidance user for the feature, function and suggest for application solution.

Performas the second level support gatherstheissues/data for problems reproduction and deliver toApplication owner for fixing and enhancement.

Providing support to teams / users and be able to assisting with systems integrations when it needs

Investigate the causes of issue on application and able to teach and train users.

Managing the development of activities, the definition of scope and objectives, and coordination with other teams.
