We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Appointment Setter to join our team. As an Appointment Setter, you will play a crucial role in generating leads, scheduling appointments, and supporting our sales team. Your primary responsibility will be to contact potential clients, qualify leads, and set up appointments for our sales representatives.
Requirements
- Contact potential clients via phone, email, or other communication channels
- Schedule appointments for the sales team with qualified leads
- Qualify leads and gather relevant information to determine their needs
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of interactions and appointments in our CRM system
- Follow up with leads and ensure a seamless handoff to the sales team
- Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with potential clients
- Meet or exceed appointment-setting goals and targets
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, or sales
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in using CRM software and other relevant tools
- Goal-oriented with a proactive approach to tasks
Compensation:
$120 per closed client .
