Architect

Job Overview:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Architect to join our dynamic team. The

ideal candidate will have a passion for architecture, a keen eye for detail, and the

ability to translate client needs into innovative design concepts. From

conceptualization to project completion, the Architect will play a key role in shaping

the built environment and delivering high-quality architectural solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, goals, and requirements for

the project.

Develop architectural designs that meet client objectives, budget constraints,

and regulatory standards.

Create detailed drawings, renderings, and specifications using computer-aided

design (CAD) software.

Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure

design integrity and project feasibility.

Conduct site visits to assess existing conditions, monitor construction

progress, and address any design-related issues.

Research and integrate sustainable design practices, materials, and

technologies into projects.

Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in

architecture.

Mentor junior staff members and provide guidance on architectural principles

and techniques.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture & have Minimum 3-4 Years of

Experience in Real-Estate Field.

Licensed Architect with 3-4 years of experience in architectural design and

project management.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other relevant design software.

Strong understanding of building codes, zoning regulations, and construction

standards.

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
