Responsibilities
1. Grow Zuzu Hospitality's Client Portfolios across Thailand Market
2. Managing the sales team by implementing ZUZU Team Sales Process
3. Conducting weekly and monthly sales report with sales team using data given by the company
4. Achieving team target
5. Coaching & guiding sales team member (proposal creation, sales pitch improvement, handling
objection)
6. Conducting training for each sales team member, including shadow meeting and set specific personal
weekly target to do field-coaching
7. CRM Database management
8. Ensuring all administration process by sales team done smoothly
9. Conducting routine team member performance improvement / performance evaluation
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree/Master's Degree in any majors
Fluent in English languages both written and spoken forms
Ability to use excel, SalesCRM (Sales Force, Streak, Hubspot) and Team management CRM (Trello/
Asana)
From similar industry (Saas Startup/Hospitality Startup preferred) at least 5years
Direct managing at least 5-10 people for 2-3 years
Proven track record in achieving team target
Data oriented
Strong leadership skills, discipline, and target driven
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
