Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for building team of Tele-callers / Sales Manager who can directly source business for Personal Loans / Business Loans.

Experience in LAP/HL/PL/BL required with Team Handling required.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and report on sales performance
  • Manage and coach sales team
  • Assist in developing the annual marketing and sales plans
  • Build sales pipeline for new business opportunities

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • Previous experience in technical sales
  • Previous industry experience
