Area Sales Manager
As the Area Sales Manager, you'll drive growth, lead a high-performing sales team, and ensure the success of retail operations. You'll be responsible for achieving sales targets, forecasting demand, managing inventory, and delivering exceptional customer experiences while fostering a culture of teamwork and excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop Sales Strategies Design and implement tailored sales strategies, adjusting approaches as needed to exceed targets and align with regional market demands.
- Achieve Sales Targets Consistently drive sales performance to meet or exceed revenue goals, partnering with leadership to execute effective sales strategies.
- Forecasting & Planning Forecast sales and inventory needs, adjusting plans to align with seasonal demands and product performance.
- Sales Team Leadership Lead, motivate, and train the team to achieve top sales results, ensuring regular coaching, performance reviews, and goal alignment to drive results.
- Inventory Management Manage inventory levels, ensuring timely replenishment and coordination with logistics to minimize shortages.
- Customer Insights & Feedback Collect customer feedback and market trends to inform sales strategies and share insights with the product team.
- Relationship Building Build strong customer relationships to drive loyalty and communicate effectively with the stakeholders to align on goals.
Requirements:
- Experience: 35 years in retail sales management (premium goods preferred).
- Leadership: Proven ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Sales Expertise: Strong track record in achieving targets and driving performance.
- Communication: Fluent in Thai and English. Chinese is a plus.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
