Job description Roles and Responsibilities Looking for Area sales manager - Projects or institutional sales, who looks after company prole in his territory given by company, Our Clients are Architects, Architect consultants, PMC companies, Turnkey Interior Contractors, Builders, or any types of institutional who do commercial interior or developments projects. His responsibility is go to the market nd out the clients, generates leads, provide required quotations or offer, and follow up them up to the close the deal, keep in touch with clients and maintain good relation for future business, Keep Finding new clients from the marketplace give them brief details about our brand and products, specied our products in their requirements (BOQ) and Convince them to mention our brand name to their current and future business requirements, Also meet Governments sector clients or Contractors and specify our brand for their requirements, nd out contractors who's involved in governments contracting those gives us good business. Go to the different locations for client visits where you nd opportunities. Desired Candidate Prole Candidate required from Building material background with Projects sales and Institutional sales experience , Minimum experience required 5 to 10 years, Required good knowledge of market, have own good contacts of architect, PMC, Contractors, Builders, Turnkey interior contractors, Governments bodies, Government contractor, Distributors and Dealers, Candidate required capability to keep our brand in the place where everyone knows about it.
