Job Descriptions:
- To Give a consultancy and provide Governance to AEC country to be transferred smoothly within plan during Pre-integration, Integration, and be operated after Post Integration.
Pre-Integration
- Be a focal point for AYCAP among Acquisition company and BAY to provide information ,and manage task related to AYCAP successfully.
- Be a center among AYCAP IT Domain expert , Business to involve /participate the Pre-Integration task.
Integration
- Be a Transition Governance in part related to AYCAP as a Domain to
- To work with Transferor and Assignee to establish a Complete Transition Plan
- To overlook Risk , Provide support to make the transition go smoothly .
Post Integration
- To be a AYCAP representative to provide the consultancy on the policy , technical , strategy to subsidiary in part AYCAP as a Domain Expert
- To Work with AYCAP internal IT Domain Expert, BAY, Business the get a support for Subsidiary.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree/Master's degree in Information Management System, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IT, or related fields.
- 6 - 15 Years of Project Management and/or Project Deliver.
- Strong knowledge in Project Management.
- Strong knowledge in IT Strategy /Planning.
- Good knowledge in Project Delivery /Application Implementation.
- Good knowledge in IT Infra structure, Security, and Operation.
- Fair knowledge on IT Finance , and resource Management .
- Experience in the payment and financial industry is a plus.
- Consulting skills problem solving, analytical thinking, creativity thinking, storytelling, and conducting effective meeting.
- Management skills leadership, coaching, teamwork, trust building and conflict management.
- Interpersonal skills communication, influencing, negotiation.
- Excellent in English skill both written and speaking.
Work Location: BAY Rama 3 (Head Quarter), Bangkok (Working at Office 2 days per a week)
