Job Description

Responsibilities

1. Operational management:

- Ensuring the smooth operation of the center and monitoring compliance with all internal procedures.

- Organizing and coordinating the work of the reception, management staff, including guides, cleaners, and technical specialists.

2. Coordination of events and schedule:

- Maintaining and managing the schedule of events, including exhibitions, sound healing, ecstatic dance and other activities.

- Ensuring the readiness of premises and technical equipment for events.

- Support for event organizers and coordination of the center team.

3. Visitor services:

- Greeting visitors, providing information about current and future events.

- Resolving operational issues of clients and assistance with booking services.

- Monitoring ticket sales, visitor registration and conducting excursions.

4. Financial reporting and documentation:

- Maintaining cash transactions, accounting for cash and non-cash payments.

- Preparation of daily and weekly reports on sales and attendance.

5. Control over the economic part:

- Organization of provision of the center with everything necessary (office supplies, equipment, consumables).

- Control over the state of the infrastructure and interaction with contractors on maintenance issues.

6. Ensuring security:

- Coordination of security work and ensuring compliance with safety standards for employees and visitors.

- Actions in case of emergency, including evacuation and assistance.

7. Communication with local authorities

Minimum qualifications:

1. We welcome experience in management or administration in similar centers or projects (at least 1 year).

2. Knowledge of the basics of organizing events, including exhibitions, performances and immersive programs.

3. Personnel management skills, including coordination and planning of team work schedules.

4. Basic skills of working with cash operations and financial reporting.

5. Mandatory command of English and Thai at a level sufficient for conducting business communications.

6. Excellent communication skills for working with clients and solving current operational issues.

7. Basic skills of working with programs for managing schedules and documents (for example, Microsoft Office, Google Sheets).

Ideal qualifications:

1. Work experience in international projects or art centers with immersive and multimedia technologies.

2. Knowledge of the specifics of working with cultural and meditative programs, such as sound healing or transformational games.

3. Experience working with local authorities and contractors to organize maintenance and solve security issues.

4. Developed time management skills and coordination of complex projects with several teams.

5. Knowledge of additional languages, in addition to English and Thai, will be an advantage.

6. Understanding of modern technologies and their use in cultural and exhibition projects.

7. Skills for solving non-standard situations and work experience under stressful conditions.

Probationary period 3 months 10,000-15,000 (October 1, 2024 - December 31, 2024)

salary after probationary period - 20,000-25,000

Preliminary work schedule (October): Monday - Friday 10.00-18.00

Preliminary work schedule (November-December): Wednesday - Saturday 12.00-20.00
