Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate must have solid leadership skills and a track record of successfully implementing HR strategies, preferably in
Logistic service provider and Transportation services company overseeing all aspects of Human Capital practices and processes by developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business goals and strategies. Managing the recruitment and selection process, supporting current and future business requirements through the development and preservation of human capital, and fostering a positive workplace culture.
- Collaborate with management to identify and align Business strategies to develop and implement Human Capital strategies and initiatives that lead to overall organization development.
- Forecast annual Manpower plan based on business growth, expansion plans and investment.
- Develop and update HR policies and procedures to reflect best practices and legal requirements and ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.
- Budgeting, HR Metrics, and Reporting:
- Plan annual HR Budget and variance analysis for overall spending periodically.
- Collect and analyze HR data to track key metrics, such as turnover rates, absenteeism, and employee engagement.
- Prepare and present reports on HR activities and trends to senior management.
- Use data insights to make informed decisions and recommend improvements.
- Supervise Recruitment and Onboarding:
- Manage recruitment team and supervise recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and selection.
- Design and conduct effective onboarding programs to ensure new hires are integrated into the organization smoothly.
- Employee Relations and Engagement:
- Foster a positive working environment and promote employee engagement and satisfaction.
- Address employee grievances and resolve conflicts in a fair and consistent manner.
- Conduct regular employee satisfaction surveys and implement improvement plans based on Survey results and KPI metrics.
- Develop and implement career development plans and succession planning strategies.
- Implement and manage performance appraisal systems (KPI) to evaluate employee performance and development.
- Provide coaching and support to managers on performance management practices.
- Training and Development:
- Identify training needs and design training programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.
- Coordinate with external training providers and manage training budgets.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments.
- Compensation and Benefits:
- Conduct market research to ensure competitive salary structures. Design reward and recognition programs to enhance employee motivation.
- Oversee the communication plan of employee compensation and benefits programs.
- Coordinate employee data with payroll team to ensure data accuracy in a timely manner.
- HR innovation & Transformation:
- Oversee the implementation and maintenance of HR information systems (HRIS).
- Leverage HR technology to improve and transform HR processes and employee experience.
- Leadership and Team Management:
- Manage and mentor HR team members, providing guidance and support for professional growth among different teams located in different locations (DC).
- Foster a collaborative and high-performing HR team environment by setting clear goals and expectations for HR team members and evaluating team performance with growth HR mindset.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Experience: Minimum of 6-10 years of experience in HR management or related roles.
- Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Skills: HR process transformation. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and proficiency in HR software and MS Office.
