ASSISTANT DIRECTOR OF SALES

Topgolf Megacity

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

To work closely with Director of Sales & Marketing to ensure successful and efficient operation of Event Sales department. To maximize sales and revenue through planning and managing accounts and to drive event sales revenue to achieve team's goal.

HOW YOU'LL DO IT:

  • Work as sales leader and make sure that sales Team Member align with Topgolf's strategy and execute well
  • Develop efficiency potential list of Topgolf's database in various segments cover domestic and international including corporate companies, local organizers, travel agencies and associations etc.
  • Conduct both tele sales and sales call to potential accounts and to be able to organize the event on site
  • Able to use and imply Topgolf's event sales system efficiency into day-to-day work basis
  • To drive event to the venue, including, events, meetings, parties, team buildings etc.
  • Always up-to-date market trend and analyze to be able to develop strategy in-time to generate new business
  • Seek opportunities to develop business partnership between brand during sales visit
  • Analyses the sales results and recommends ways to improve or solves the problems
  • Furnishes sales monthly report on a timely basis
  • Performs other duties as assigned by the Director of Sales & Marketing

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • At least five years of sales experience in hospitality or comparable business
  • Fluent in Thai and English (verbal & written), any other third language is advantage
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Strong corporate & MICE background with existing network in Bangkok
  • Self-motivated individual who likes challenges
