AFM Job Description

  • Daily management of stores
  • Communication with Store Manager for work arrangement
  • Provision of inspection report;
  • Following up of outstanding items/ findings
  • Sourcing of vendor's quotation, evaluate and proposed to the client to next course of action.
  • Monthly service performance report Overlook overall operational risk and compliance management as per JLL standard.
  • To be the main POC for Uniqlo, covering 70 stores as per store list, asset list, preventive maintenance
